MASA Website Sign-In Required to Register for Duty
Expected Duty: During the season, each member is expected to serve the number duty days shown on the website Duty Schedule page, Duty Role Report.
Ops Day: Operations staff should show up at the gliding center in time to launch the first flight at 10:00 am.
Reminder Emails: Reminder Emails will be sent 7 days and 3 days prior to the duty day. You must keep track of your own duty.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 12:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel up to 30 days prior to the duty date. During the season, you are still expected to serve the number duty days shown on the website Duty Schedule page, Duty Role Report.
Within 30 days of the duty date, whether you have signed up for duty or have been assigned duty, it is your responsibility to find your qualified replacement and to notify the Duty Schedule Coordinator so that the duty swap can be made. If you are registered and do not show up for duty on the day, you may be assessed a No-Show Penalty of $150.
